On April 18, 1930 Edward J Mulvaney, George S. Sawyer, Harry Howe, Thomas S. Taylor, George B. Treen, Alphonso Buck, Samual I. Eaton and James G. Moran associated themselves with the intention of forming a corporation under the name of "MANSFIELD FISH AND GAME PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION" for the purpose of the following;
To promote the interest of legitimate sport with Rod and Gun, to enforce the laws of protection and propagation of fish and game within the State, and to secure such further legislation in this direction as may be needed, and to effect the opening, if possible, of posted land and waters, also to acquire such real and personal property as may be necessary for the purpose of the Association; and have complied with the provisions of the Statutes of this Commonwealth in such case made and provided, as appears from the certificate of the proper officers.
