Article 14
The Facilities:
Section 1: The facilities are the Association meeting house, equipment and the ranges.
Section 2: These facilities shall be available at all times to Association members on a space available basis on the range, and to all members in the meeting house.
Section 3: The facilities shall be closed to individual members during any organized club activity as deemed necessary and approved by the Board of Directors. Range Safety Officers will determine when ranges or sections thereof may be available for individual use.
Section 4: Any use of the range or meeting house for profit shall be approved by the Board of Directors and shall require a minimum donation of $10.00 and / or a percentage of the fees for their use.
