Amendment of the By-Laws: These By-laws may be amended at any regular meeting of the Association by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the members attending (a quorum of 35 members being present), providing that the proposed amendment has been presented in writing to all Association members a minimum of fifteen (15) day prior to the meeting.
